I simply have to share my latest baking obsession, flavoured butters and not just any flavoured butter, deliciously sweet carmel butter made with the absolutely divine Unsalted Whitestone Artisan Butter by Al Brown! The wonderful thing about making your own flavoured butter is that not only is it incredibly simple to make and can be flavoured to your taste, but you treat it just as you would normally use butter. I whipped up this delicious batch of caramel butter as part of the filling for my Caramel, Almond and Coffee Sticky Scrolls and since have been dreaming of baking it into caramel cakes or even better, generously spreading it onto warm Banana Bread!
