I'm Natasha, a Melbourne-based blogger, pastry chef and lover of baked goods. I grew up baking alongside my mum and always enjoyed helping out by mixing cake batter, eating raw pie dough and just generally making a big mess in the kitchen. Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with butter, flour and sugar. I started my blog, Butter Baking, in 2011 as I way to keep track of all my recipes. Now I spend my days dreaming up new baked goods to make for my blog, filming baking videos, working at one of Melbourne’s best little bakeries and eating far too many cookies.
