You may remember a little while ago when one of my best friends and I took a little day trip to Tauranga to visit some beautiful shops and cafes, it was a perfect way to spend the day. One shop in particular that we were incredible excited to visit was Flux Boutique, we’ve both been following Emma’s beautiful work for a while on Instagram and were beyond excited to meet her in person and of course do a little shopping in her beautiful shop. Emma so beautifully describes her boutique as ‘a little bit vintage, a little bit industrial, a little bit glam, a little bit edgy’ and she couldn’t be more right, the second you open the sliding barn door into her boutique/cafe your eye immediately starts working over-time admiring her perfectly curated collection of cut glass and crystal, deer antlers, sleek modern lighting, up cycled furniture, preloved vintage clothing and contemporary art and design - and the best part, everything you see is for sale. The next time you’re in Tauranga, you simply must pop in to visit Flux Boutique, say hi to Emma and enjoy a delicious coffee while you shop, I’ve no doubt you’ll quickly fall in love with her style and incredible eye for detail - but of course, if you can’t make it to her shop, you can admire and shop online through her stunning new site. Either way I’ve no doubt you’ll quickly be adding Flux Boutique to your list of go to shops in no time x
