Happy Friday everyone, I hope you all had a lovely week and are settling into the new month and are looking forward to the weekend - ours is going to be very relaxing after a very busy week. One of my absolute favourite things to do over the weekend is cafe hop, there are so many incredible cafes in Auckland and it’s so much fun getting to try a delicious new one too. Last weekend we had the best time visiting The Collins for the first time with our very good friends, Emma from The Feature Wall and her man. Emma has been raving about The Collins for a while so it was a perfect place to catch up during the weekend. Nestled in a gorgeous pastel blue villa opposite a beautiful park in Greenhithe (a lovely place to wander through after brunch!) The Collins offers a truly delicious brunch menu, so much so you’ll have food envy of what your friends order, not only is their food incredible it’s presented on gorgeous rustic wooden plates and is perfect along side a cup of coffee or two. If you’re wanting to try somewhere new this weekend either for brunch or somewhere to enjoy a drink or two with friends in their bar you simply must have visit this lovely cafe.
