One of the lovely things about this time of the year is being able to add little festive touches to your everyday life. Christmas this year is going to be so different for me, so I’ve been trying to find joy in the little things and in a way create new traditions. One thing that I haven’t done much of lately is bake, bakers will understand that it’s hard to bake when you’re sad. But when the incredibly lovely and kind folk from Nespresso invited me to make a little something to go with their new Festive Collection, I just couldn’t find a reason not to. I mean, is there anything better than cake served with a delicious cup of coffee?

Each year they celebrate Christmas with a collection of limited edition coffees, and this year their variations are; Grands Crus Ciocco Ginger, Vanilla Amaretti and Vanilla Cardamom. All as delicious as the next and all taste like Christmas. So in celebration in a way of me getting back into the kitchen, Christmas and being able to spend time with your loved ones. Here is a delicious and incredibly simple Vanilla Cardamon Bundt Cake recipe that takes no time at all to make, and will be a perfect treat to serve alongside a freshly brewed cup of coffee this season for those lovely drop in’s from friends and family. x
