I have always been drawn to well designed apartments and how clever the owners are with the space available to them. And I guess since being forced to downsize, having an apartment to call home will possibly be my next option. I stumbled upon this simple apartment a little while ago on Gravity Home and really love how minimal the owners have gone with their decor, but have such a clever eye for creating space.

The raised bed makes for a wonderful use of space - and then gives you a walk in wardrobe (a dream for any woman!). It’s such a simple, elegant home and such a lovely use of space. Plus, I love how they pile their books with the pages facing out around the walls so that you’re able to create another ‘shelf’ in a way, but it also makes for a really lovely way to decorate your home with an ever growing collection of books.
